Hello parents and students!

Below you will find the itinerary for the competition at Winter Springs high school,

Winter Springs High School
130 Tuskawilla Rd
Winter Springs, FL 32708

6:00 a.m. – call time, gather instruments and uniforms
6:30 a.m.- load bus, depart for Winter Spring HS
10:00 a.m. – arrive at Winter Springs HS, unload, register, restroom break.
10:45 a.m. – prepare to go warmup
11:10 p.m.- warm up
12:00p.m. – performance
12:30 p.m. – put up instruments, observe competition, eat at concessions
4:00 p.m.- Awards and critique

This is a trip that definitely could use parent help, not just chaperones, but parents to help with the moving of equipment, and the performance floor, which is a HUGE vinyl tarp. (Taking too long to set up can cost the group a points from their final score!). If you would like to come with us to this trip or have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know.
